Communal DStv & Multiple TV Points
Communal DStv fault assessment for complexes, flats and multiple viewing points. Confirm management approval and affected units before booking.

Identify the affected part of a shared system
Management approval and access
A trustee, managing agent or authorised representative should approve work on shared infrastructure. Arrange access to distribution cupboards and roof equipment and identify who can approve additional repairs.
Survey before equipment changes
Provide a layout or list of decoder models and affected points. Existing distribution can include multiswitches, amplifiers or other components that should be identified before new hardware is selected.
Written scope for communal repairs
A survey quotation should separate fault finding, replacement parts, cable work and testing. Identify which outlets will be tested and any inaccessible areas. Changes to a single unit must not compromise reception for other users.
Arrange an assessment
Send equipment details, photos and your location. Appointment availability, access, diagnostic charges and approved work are confirmed before the visit.
