Plan your mounting appointment in Johannesburg North & Randburg
For Johannesburg North enquiries, include the suburb, property type and a location pin. In offices and complexes, confirm parking, lift access and the person authorised to approve repairs.
Send photographs of the proposed mounting wall and nearby power and signal outlets. Include access or drilling restrictions before an appointment is confirmed.
Wall and fixing assessment
Brick, concrete and partition walls require different fixing methods. The installer must assess the supporting material, wall condition and possible hidden services before drilling. A full-motion bracket places additional leverage on the fixings; screen size alone does not establish a safe installation.
TV bracket and viewing position
Provide the television model, mounting-hole pattern and weight where available. Confirm whether a fixed, tilt or full-motion bracket is required and whether the bracket is supplied by you or included in the quote. Agree the height and position before work starts, allowing for ventilation, plugs and access.
Cable routing and quotation
Ask for a quotation separating bracket supply, fixing materials, installation and cable routing. Surface trunking, hidden cabling, wall chasing and painting are different scopes. New sockets and mains electrical alterations require a separate arrangement. Existing DStv or HDMI leads should have enough slack without strain.
